A short but challenging hike with a strenuous climb which rewards you with awesome views over the Vale of Edale, one of the most beautiful parts of the Peak District.
Walk 7: Mighty Mam Tor
A great circular hike up one of the Peak Districts' most renowned, distinct landmarks, the mother of all hills; Mam Tor. The route includes a visit to the tranquil village of Castleton and the scaling of the mighty Great Ridge.
Walk 6: Hartington to Longnor
A nice long walk which takes you on a journey through old, quaint English villages and across ancient lands, including the site where Pilsbury Castle once stood.
Walk 5: The Three Edges
One for peak-baggers, this exhilarating hike takes you across three of the Peak District's most famous edges. There are spectacular views over the hills and valleys, as well as a good chance to spot wild deer and cattle on the rugged moorland. Also look out for the enigmatic and curious White Edge Lodge, which stands alone on the moorland
Walk 4: Striding Stanage Edge
The beautiful cafe-laden village, woods, open rolling hills and a big old edge - what’s not to love? One of our favourite places, the stunning Stanage Edge, must be experienced at least once. A classic circular ramble with enough variety and serenity to soothe the soul. Look out for Robin Hoods cave on route
Walk 3: Chatsworth Moors and Stately Doors
A walk that showcases the best of the beautiful, famous Chatsworth Estate and the surrounding area. You will hike through enchanting woods, open rugged moors, and through impressive stately grounds. Stop for a wander around the Chatsworth House courtyards, where you can also grab a cup of tea or lunch.
Walk 2: Dales and Trails
Soak up the beauty and tranquillity of the River Dove with this healing hike that treats you to three gorgeous dales, two lovely villages as well as possibly the best river route we know. Bring your binos and look out for Kingfishers and resident Peregrine Falcons.
Walk 1: Gorgeous Padley Gorge
A truly stunning hike that showcases the magical, ancient woodland of Padley Gorge as well as a stroll alongside the River Derwent, a climb up Millstone Edge, and exploration of the beautiful Longshaw Estate.
